HR technology analyst who administers HCM platforms and builds the reporting and analytics layer around them. Established the HR analytics function at GoHealth from scratch, and now consults on custom data and automation tooling for operations teams outside HR.
02 / projects
Built the Power BI dashboard suite used by executives and HR business partners from the ground up, plus a Power Automate/Power Apps pipeline consolidating multiple HR systems into a central employee roster feeding dashboards and downstream automations.
Wrote Python scripts and REST API integrations (via Postman) across UKG Pro, Microsoft, and AWS to automate extraction and loading of ~2,500 historical performance reviews into UKG Pro — replacing a multi-day manual effort.
Analyzed employee commute distance and patterns in Power BI to support site location planning decisions.
Personal project — a Flask/SQLite web app that scans OrcaSlicer 3MF files to track a print queue, per-plate filament usage, cost, and spool inventory across materials.
